For businesses

1. Non-technological innovations

Such innovations always come before technological ones. The growth of a business depends on four key pillars of management: planning, organisation, management and control. Non-technological innovations are only possible through employees' and other stakeholders' (local communities, state, interest groups, etc.) loyalty to the company. These four pillars, however, are changing; planning entails harmonisation of complex systems and individuals aware of their autonomy; management is only possible along sustainable personal growth; organisation becomes impossible without the reference power of managers; control only works when employees pledge loyalty to the company.

The changing business environments offer numerous challenges and demand new business models. These can only be mastered by people who invest in the development of their business their professional expertise and their pastimes.

2. Business anthropology

Business anthropology is a discipline that offers findings and approaches businesses around the world have been implementing for over 30 years. In Slovenia, business anthropology has mostly been applied in family businesses aware of the importance of sound and transparent relationships between the employees for facilitating a successful business breakthrough. Business anthropology assisted by business research methodology has proven successful in many areas:

Marketing research based on new sales models and techniques,
Designing business models with higher added value,
Holistic approach to internationalisation,
Study of organisational culture,
Analysis of factors contributing to excellent management.

Among business anthropologists' loyal clients are numerous successful businesses: Apple, Coca-Cola, Pizza-Hut, McDonald's, Unilever, General Motors, HP, Microsoft, Nokia, Canon, Ford, IBM, Xerox, Ikea. Perhaps the most widely known is Intel, the world's biggest producer of computer processors. Intel collaborates with anthropologist Genevieve Bell (see her talk). The key advantage of business anthropology methods is that they can be applied in all industries.

The task of a business anthropologist is to decode the rituals of corporate world and focus on research of needs, desires and habits of consumers (marketing, sales, product and service development, marketing strategies) and employees (HR, management, organisational atmosphere). Business anthropology methods profess a holistic approach to business challenges. They encourage designing innovative and market-focused business models, systematic monitoring of the quality of relationships with stakeholders. Thus they can contribute to the development and strengthening of brands, higher sales and sustainable growth. This enables introduction of fresh approaches to classic analyses and innovative elimination of blind spots in understanding consumer habits, knowing that without every product or service fails without the buyer. The most successful businesses are those trusted by all stakeholders.

Budnjani d.o.o. aims to enhance business anthropology with the principles of multi-capitality, totality of businesses (inclusion of all levels of complexity and entangled environments) and authenticity (training genuine competences in personal and business). Business anthropology – an established discipline – is principally designed in the direction of harmonisation of disharmonies, connecting with external environments and creating new social and cultural business ecologies.

3. Personal management of potentials

The importance of talents, the development of potentials and successful implementation of knowledge are the key factors facilitating long-term growth. How to locate suitable environments for development of talents, how to create constructive work environments and make bold visionary leaders? These are the questions to which you'll find answers with Budnjani d.o.o.

The equation between business and personal growth is becoming the tenet that will determine the success businesses in the future. It will become the cornerstone of a long-term existence of any successful business.

4. Genealogies

The growth of capital through time and generations is an intriguing area that offers numerous insights into understanding the principles of financial success/failure of businesses. How do we know whether a business decision will bear fruit in the future? How to correctly optimise business processes? The answers to the present questions are often found in the past of the nation and oneself. On the basis of source and statistical analyses we offer a view into the past and help construct future simulation scenarios for you, for your business and the ideas you develop.

5. Business research methodology

In order to set our business on the right course and to understand the factors of influence pertaining to our business decisions, we offer an insight into the methodology of business research. This will equip you with the knowledge – which has repeatedly been proven crucial – on sampling, populations and approaches to measure soft variables in business processes.

For individuals

1. Psychological surgery

People are beings of multitude and often pose a significant problem to themselves. Psychological surgery guidelines teach the techniques of thinking, placid mind, aspects of creative thinking and new personal planning to further develop the characteristics that need improvement. This is a new aspect of personal coaching, developed through the interplay of medicine, psychiatry and psychology.

2. Spiritual intelligence

A man without a strong spirit burns out in time of perpetual challenges. Enhancing spiritual intelligence is a longterm goal based on the methodology of truthfulness, discipline and work ethics. After three months, this approach will yield impressive results. Lasting change will occur when we change our everyday, business and personal habits. Habits shape neural pathways, bad habits destruct constructive synergy of mind-body-spirit.

3. Uncontrolled side effects

Understanding causality is a lasting challenge for everyone. The right attitude, training and education about key topics (gender anthropology, anthroposophy, psychoanalysis, neuropsychology) lead to reaching levels where uncontrolled side effects are no longer present.

4. For businesses and employees

We treat business growth much like personal growth. This means that we also deal with the private and the intimate, such as family and children. Statistically, disharmony on a personal level leads to poor business performance. We'll help you find the right balance between various levels of being and working.

5. For families

We offer an in-depth analysis and a holistic approach where we intertwine the most effective findings from the fields of psychoanalysis, psychiatry and cognitive sciences.

6. For adolescents

Neuropsychology today has many answers to the typical questions pestering parents and youth. Is adolescence just a cultural myth, or is it a universal phenomenon? Sometimes, role expectations are far more lasting and determining than the state-of-affairs suggest, in this case the adolescence hypothesis.
Conflict has positive and negative consequences, for instance, constructive and deconstructive anger. We'll teach you how to deal with conflict in business synergies and how to manage anger. This, of course, presupposes fair business. Justified anger cannot be dealt with otherwise but through radical change.
